Sandpiper offers a selection of upscale amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From sweeping ocean views to dedicated spaces for fun, every detail is designed for your comfort and peace of mind. This 4 bedroom/4 bath home sleeps 12. We recommend 6 adults and 6 children, unless an adult wants to sleep in the loft, one of the bunkbeds, or the daybed. There is also a pack and play.
Kitchen
This kitchen is fully stocked! The kitchen includes a Vitamix mixer for your favorite frosty drinks, a coffee maker that uses drip or pods, a toaster, a slow cooker, grilling utensils, bakeware, cookie sheets, platters, serving bowls, a hand mixer, a colander, casserole dishes, wine and champagne glasses, and more. There are toddler cups, plates, and utensils, and plastic storage for leftovers. Outside, there is a charcoal grill and prep table.
Panoramic Ocean Views
Enjoy uninterrupted vistas of the Gulf from multiple decks and living areas, bringing the beach to your doorstep. Enjoy three separate oceanfront decks. One is a rooftop deck.
Recreation Room
A dedicated space for fun with a large screen TV and Xbox 360 video console with family-friendly games. There is a foosball table, an air hockey table, Duplo Legos, games, and other activities for all ages, ensuring fun for the entire family. This room has a triple twin bunk bed with the bottom bunk at floor level. There is also a twin-size daybed and an ensuite with tiled shower/tub combo.
Primary Bedroom
This oceanfront bedroom has a private deck and a king-size bed. The private ensuite bath has a large soaking tub, double sinks, and a large tiled shower. This bedroom also has a large screen TV.
Loft Bedroom
This bedroom features a queen bed and a hidden loft with an additional queen bed. The ensuite includes a tiled shower/tub combo. This bedroom also has a large screen TV.
Main Level Bedroom
This bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite with a tiled shower. This bedroom also has a large screen TV.
Living/Dining Room
This area features counter-height seating for 4, with plugs for laptops and phone charging. There are family-friendly games, puzzles, and movies in the living room console and a big screen TV with BluRay player. The TV is a Roku TV with subscriptions to Hulu Plus Live TV, ESPN+, and Disney+, so you can watch sports or your favorite shows. The sliding glass door opens up all the way so that you get true indoor/outdoor living.
Laundry Room
Features a double stack of washers and dryers, so you are never waiting for dry towels. We have some microfiber beach towels, a pack and play, an office printer, step stools, a toddler toilet seat, and yoga mats for your use.
Outdoor Features
Sandpiper features an outdoor shower, beach chairs for 8 adults, some beach toys, a charcoal grill, and a prep table.
